McCormick Fajita Marinade & Seasoning Mix is a zesty blend of authentic Mexican seasonings that makes preparing delicious fajitas a snap. McCormick Fajita Marinade & Seasoning has a well-balanced flavor that's mouthwatering but not too spicy. Also great for making enchiladas and nachos grande supreme (chips, ground beef, salsa, sour cream, guacamole, shredded cheese and chopped tomatoes).
Directions: For marinade, use 3 tablespoons of McCormick Fajita Marinade & Seasoning mix per 1 cup of water. Mix well. Pour liquid over 3 pounds of meat or poultry strips. Marinade 1 to 2 hours. Saute, broil, or bake as desired. For seasoning, sprinkle lightly on steaks, chops, or poultry before cooking.
