Recipe for Steaks: Blend 2 tablespoons seasoning, 1 tablespoon brown sugar, and 1 teaspoon chili powder. Rub evenly over steaks. Cook as desired. Serves 4
Recipe Suggestions:
Use 1 tablespoon McCormick Monterey Style Seasoning per pound as a rub for beef, chicken, pork, fish and other seafood.
Shake McCormick Monterey Style Seasoning on steamed vegetables.
Mix 2 tablespoons of McCormick Monterey Style Seasoning to 1 pound melted butter and use for dipping fried, baked or grilled seafood.
