McCormick Rotisserie Chicken Seasoning 24oz (1 lb 8oz) 680g
Use McCormick Rotisserie Chicken Seasoning as either a dry rub, or as a wet marinade.
To use Rotisserie Seasoning as a dry rub: Evenly coat 12 pounds of bone in chicken pieces with 1/4 cup rotisserie seasoning. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Evenly coat chicken with another 1/4 cup rotisserie seasoning. Pat on chicken and roast slowly, basting once. Roast at 325° F for 1 to 1 1/2 hours for a conventional oven and 300° F for 1 hour in a convection oven.
To use McCormick Rotisserie Seasoning as a wet marinade:
Combine 1/2 cup rotisserie seasoning with 3/4 cup water for each 12 pounds of bone in chicken (about 1 tbsp rotisserie seasoning and 1 oz water per two pounds of chicken). Brush the wet rotisserie seasoning onto both sides of chicken pieces. Cover and marinate overnight. Before roasting, sprinkle 1/4 cup of rotisserie seasoning over chicken. Roast on racks, and baste one time during cooking cycle. Roast at 325° F for 1 to 1 1/2 hours for a conventional oven and 300° F for 1 hour in a convection oven.
