Recipe: Meatball Casserole
- 1 lb lean ground beef
- 1 cup quick oatmeal (uncooked)
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 8 oz noodles (cooked and drained)
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 tbsp chili powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 2 can tomato soup
- Preheat oven to 375° F.
- Combine beef, oats, egg, onion, chili powder, salt, garlic powder and pepper in bowl.
- Shape into medium size meatballs.
- Brown meatballs in skillet.
- Place noodles in a 2 qt casserole.
- Combine soup and water; stir into noodles.
- Add cooked meatballs to noodle mixture; mixing well.
- Sprinkle with additional chili powder.
- Cover casserole with foil.
- Bake at 375° F for 30 minutes.
