Recipe: Meatloaf

Recipes using Tones Minced Onion

• 1/2 lb ground chuck
• 1/2 lb ground beef
• 1 medium carrot, grated
• 1 egg
• 1 tsp dried chopped onion
• 1 slice dried bread, crumbled
• 1/2 cup corn flakes (or Rice Krispies or 1/3 cup Grape Nuts)
• 1/2 tsp salt
• pepper to taste
• 1 tbsp milk
• ketchup to moisten

1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
2. Mix all ingredients together and place in a loaf pan.
3. Bake for 30 mins per pound of meat.
