  1. Preheat oven to 350° f.
  2. Cream together the butter and sugars, then add vanilla, and egg. Blend well.
  3. Add the vanilla extract, baking soda, salt, and flour; Blend well.
  4. Gently stir in the M&M Candies
  5. Drop batter by the teaspoon onto an ungreased cookie sheet. Place additional M&Ms on top of the cookies.
  6. Place cookies in oven and bake for 10 to 12 minutes.
