Recipe: Mocha Pecan Ice Cream

Recipes using Starbucks House Blend Whole Bean Coffee

Ingredients in Mocha Pecan Ice Cream

• 1 1/2 cups milk
• 3 beaten eggs
• 1/2 cup strong coffee
• 1/2 sugar
• 2 cups thin cream
• pinch of salt
• 1 tsp pure vanilla extract

To make Mocha Pecan Ice Cream

1. Scald together in double boiler until slightly thick; milk and beaten eggs.
2. Add strong coffee and sugar.
3. When cool add cream, pinch of salt and vanilla.
4. Freeze
5. Beat with electric beater until smooth.
6. Freeze again.

Serve Mocha Pecan Ice Cream when well frozen.
