Recipe: Monster Cookies

Monster Cookie Ingredients

• 12 eggs
• 2 pounds brown sugar
• 4 cups granulated sugar
• 1 tbsp vanilla extract
• 1 tbsp corn syrup
• 1 pound butter
• 3 pounds peanut butter
• 8 tsp baking soda
• 18 cups oatmeal
• 1 pound M & M’s plain
• 1 pound chocolate chips

To make Monster Cookie Recipe

1. Mix eggs, granulated sugar, brown sugar, peanut butter and butter together until creamy.
2. Stir in by hand or by using an industrial strength mixer.
3. Blend in baking soda and oatmeal until well mixed.
4. Add M & M's and chocolate chips; stir well.
5. Drop Monster Cookie Dought by tablespoon.
6. Bake Monster Cookies at 350° F. for 12 minutes on an ungreased cookie sheet.
