Recipe: Mother's Swedish Meatballs

Recipes using McCormick Garlic Powder

• 1 pound round steak
• 1/2 pound lean pork
• 1/2 cup chopped onions
• 1/2 cup bread crumbs
• 2 cups milk
• 2 egg yolks
• 1 egg white
• 1/8 tsp sea salt
• 1/8 tsp white pepper
• 1/4 tsp garlic powder

1. Grind beef and pork 2 or 3 times together.
2. Saute onions and mix with meat and other ingredients.
3. Work mixture 15 minutes.
4. Put in refrigerator for 2 hours.
5. Roll into balls. Fry in butter, browning all around.
