Directions
- Stir McCormick Italian Herb Spaghetti Sauce Mix with tomato paste, water and oil in sauce pot until well blended.
- Bring to a boil on medium to medium-high (for larger recipes) heat; Cover. Reduce heat.
- Cooked to desired consistency: a) For smaller recipe: Simmer for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. b) For larger recipes: simmer for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Simmer for 20 minutes for a small batch and 40 minutes for larger batches.

To make a Spaghetti Meat Sauce
Brown lean ground beef, turkey or crumbled sausage in a non-stick skillet. Drain fat well. Stir cooked meat into sauce mixture during step 1 above. Cook as directed in above recipe.
