Ingredients in No Knead Rolls Recipe

• 4 1/ tsp yeast
• 2 cups warm water
• 1/2 cup granulated sugar
• 1 tsp sea salt
• 6 to 7 cups flour
• 1/4 cup melted shortening
• 1 egg

To make No Knead Rolls

1. Dissolve yeast in warm water. Add sugar. Stir until dissolved. Let site 10 - 15 minutes.
2. Then add the salt, melted shortening and the egg. Mix in one-half of the flour. Gradually add the remainder of the flour.
3. Cover with a damp cloth. Put in the refrigerator.
4. Two hours before baking, shape into rolls. Let rise.
5. Bake 25 minutes at 350° F. degrees.
