Carnation Instant Nonfat Dry Milk is an excellent source of Calcium. A one cup serving provides 30% of the USDA daily value of calcium. It's fortified with Vitamins A and D. Naturally low in cholesterol. The package has a pourable spout that makes mixing and measuring easy. Dry milk is great for traveling, camping, and handy to have on hand for emergencies. Package makes 5 1/2 gallons of milk.

Nonfat Dry Milk has many uses.

• Stir in coffee as a nonfat creamer.
• Use in soups and casseroles.
• Add to meatloaf and meatball recipes to improve moistness and texture.

1. Place Carnation Instant Nonfat Dry Milk in an appropriate sized container.
2. Add water and stir
3. For best results refrigerate overnight for best flavor.

Recipe: Quick Hot Cocoa For One
Combine 1/2 cup Carnation Nonfat Dry Milk, 1 to 2 tbsp sugar, and 1 1/2 tbsp cocoa powder in a cup or mug. Stir in one cup boiling water. Garnish with whipped cream or miniature marshmallows before serving.
