Recipe: Old Fashioned Meat Loaf

Recipes using Tones Garlic & Herb Salt Free Seasoning

• 2 lbs lean ground beef
• 1 cup cracker crumbs
• 3/4 cup evaporated milk
• 2 eggs
• 2 tsps garlic & herb seasoning mix
• 1 tbsp onion, finely chopped
• 2 tbsps catsup

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2. Blend all ingredients in a large mixing bowl until thoroughly mixed.
3. Moisten hands; shape mixture into loaf shape.
4. Place in aluminum foil lined loaf pan.
5. Bake for about 1 hour.
6. Allow loaf to stand for 10 minutes before removing from pan.
