Recipe: Open Faced Beef Sandwich

Recipes using McCormick Brown Gravy Mix

This is an easy sandwich to make, and requires very little preparation time.

For each sandwich have on hand:
1/4 lb sliced beef lunch meat
2 pieces wheat or white bread, toasted
1/2 Cup Prepared McCormick Brown Gravy Mix

1. Place toast on dinner place
2. Heat lunch meat in microwave.
3. Place beef slices on top of toasted bread.
4. Cover sandwich with hot Brown Gravy Mix

Suggestion:
Make extra Brown Gravy, and serve sandwich with Mashed Potatoes and Gravy.
