Recipe: Orange Chicken and Rice

Recipes using Lipton Onion Soup & Dip Mix

• 2 cups uncooked white rice
• 12 chicken thighs
• 1 can condensed mushroom soup
• 2 cups orange juice
• 1 package dry onion soup mix

1. Place rice in a 9x13" pan.
2. Place chicken on top of rice.
3. Mix condensed mushroom soup and juice together and pour over chicken and rice.
4. Sprinkle onion soup mix over all.
5. Bake, covered for 2 hours at 325° F.
