Parker House Rolls Ingredients

• 2 eggs
• 1/2 cup sugar
• 1 cup mashed potatoes
• 1/2 cup butter, softened
• 1 cup milk
• 2 1/4 tsp dry yeast
• 1 tsp salt
• 1/2 cup warm water
• flour

To Make Parker House Rolls

1. Beat together 2 eggs and 1/2 cup sugar.
2. Heat together: mashed potatoes, milk and shortening.
3. Mix with egg and sugar.
4. Add dry yeast, water and salt.
5. Add enough flour (abount 5 to 6 cups) to make soft dough.
6. Let rise. Mix down again. Let rise.
7. Mix down and shape into rolls.
8. Bake at 350° F. for 15 minutes.
