Recipe: Parmesan Pork Bake
- 2 lbs ground pork
- 3 tsps Worchestershire sauce
- 1/4 tsp white pepper
- 3/4 cup bread crumbs
- 3 tbsps melted butter
- 2 tsps chopped garlic
- 1/2 tsp celery salt or to taste
- 3/4 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- 8 strips bacon
- Preheat oven to 350° F.
- Mix pork, onion, Worchestershire sauce, salt and white pepper together.
- Put pork mixture into a 8x8 loaf pan.
- Place pork mixture in refrigerator and chill for 1 hour.
- Mix butter, crumbs, and Parmesan cheese togther.
- Spread crumb mixture over the pork mixture.
- Cut pork mixture into 8 equal pieces.
- Wrap each pork piece with a slice of bacon.
- Secure bacon with toothpicks.
- Bake pork for 45 minutes at 350° F.
