Peanut Butter and Honey Crunchies Ingredients

• 5 cups Multi Grain Cheerios cereal
• 1/2 pound salted peanuts
• 1 cup Craisins
• 1 cup dried banana chips
• 2 packages (4 serving size) vanilla pudding and pie filling (not instant)
• 1/2 cup honey
• 1/2 cup peanut butter

To make Peanut Butter and Honey Crunchies

1. Lightly butter a jelly roll pan (15 1/2 x 10 x 1).
2. Mix Cheerios cereal, salted peanuts, Craisins and banana chips in a large bowl.
3. In a 1 quart saucpan, combine the dry pudding and pie filling with honey. Heat to boiling over medium-low heat; constantly stirring.
4. Reduce heat, boil, while continuing to stir, for 1 minute. Remove from heat.
5. Stir the peanut butter into the vanilla pudding / honey mix. Pour over top of cereal mix and toss until evenly coated.
6. Spread the cereal mix in the buttered jelly pan, cover, and place in refrigerator for 30 minutes.
7. Remove Peanut Butter and Honey Crunchies from refrigerator, and break into bite sized pieces.

Store Peanut Butter and Honey Crunchies in a covered container or in the refrigerator.
