Recipe: Pork Tenderloin A La Asparagus

Recipes using Tones Curry Powder

• 8 pieces pork tenderloin or cutlets
• 2 tablespoons butter
• 1 can cream of asparagus soup
• 1/4 cup milk
• 1/2 cup onion, chopped
• 3 oz can mushrooms, chopped
• 1/2 teaspoon curry powder
• dash of pepper

1. Pound to flatten pork. Brown pork in butter. Set aside.
2. In small skillet, blend soup and milk.
3. Stir in remaining ingredients.
4. Add pork, cover and simmer 40 to 45 minutes.
5. Serve sauce over meat.
