Recipe: Pork Tofu

Recipes using Accent Flavor Enhancer

Pork Tofu

• 1 pound lean pork
• 1 teaspoon canola oil
• 1/2 cup soy sauce
• 1/4 cup water
• 3 tablespoons sugar
• 1 medium onion, sliced
• 1 medium carrot, sliced
• 1 small piece ginger, crushed
• 1 block tofu,cubed
• 1/4 teaspoon Accent flavor enhancer
• 1 bunch green onion, cut in 1-inch length
• 1 bunch watercress, cut in 2-inch length

1. Slice pork thinkly into 1 x 2 inch pieces; brown in hot oil.
2. Add soy sauce, water, sugar,, onion, carrot, and ginger.
3. Bring to boil and simmer 5 minutes.
4. Add tofu, Accent, green onion and watercress.
5. Simmer gently few minutes.
