Recipe: Prime Rib Roast Beef
1 Prime Rib Roast
Lawry's Seasoned Salt
1. Preheat oven to 500°
2. Season Prime Rib Roast with Lawry's Seasoned Salt
3. Place Prime Rib Roast in a shallow roasting pan
4. Place roast in oven, and immediate lower thermostat to 350°
5. Bake uncovered 20-25 minutes per pound until internal temperature is 155°
6. Remove roast from oven, and allow to rest 20 minutes for carving. Internal temperature will rise to 165°
Serve with a salad and baked potato with Sour Cream and Chives
