Recipe: Pumpkin Bread

Recipes using Tones Cinnamon, Ground

• 2 cups sugar
• 1 19oz can pumpkin
• 3 cups flour
• 2 tsp sugar
• 1 tsp salt
• 4 eggs
• 1 1/4 cup canola oil
• 2 tsp baking powder
• 3 tsp ground sugar
• 1 cup chopped walnuts

1. Preheat oven to 350° f.
2. Mix together the canola oil and sugar.
3. Add eggs.
4. Mix dry ingredients together, and then mix into sugar mixture.
5. Gently stir in nuts.
Pour into a greased loaf pan and bake for 1 hour.
