  1. Brown lean ground beef in canola oil in 2 qt saucepan, breaking up meat as it cooks.
  2. Add onion, cook till limp.
  3. Drain off excess fat.
  4. Add rest of ingredients and stir well.
  5. Heat to boiling, reduce heat, cover and simmer 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
