Recipe: Quick Corn Chowder

Recipes using McCormick Parsley Flakes

• 1 can creamed corn
• 1 can whole corn (drained)
• 1 can Mushroom Soup
• 1 1/2 soup cans milk
• 1 large can stewed tomatoes
• 2 tbsp celery flakes
• 2 tbsp parsley flakes

1. Combine all ingredients in a 3 quart sauce pan.
2. Heat well, stirring often.
3. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
4. Thicken with 1/4 cup flour.
5. Top with a tbsp sour cream when serving.
