Recipe: Marinated Carrots

• 2 tbsp canola oil
• 2 tbsp vinegar
• 1/2 tsp savory salt
• 1 tsp chopped garlic
• 1/2 tsp salt
• 1 pkg carrots

Combine canola oil, vinegar, garlic, and spices well. Cut a package of carrots into thin sticks. Lay in marinade so they are at least partially covered for at least 3 hours. At intervals turn carrots. Drain to serve.
