Recipe: Parmesan Chicken
1/2 cup olive oil
1/2 tsp granulated garlic or to taste
2 cups bread crumbs
3/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp freshly ground pepper
8 boneless skinless chicken breasts
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
1. Heat oil in a skillet.
2. Combine bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper.
3. Brush chicken with olive oil from skillet.
4. Dip chicken in crumb mixture, coat evenly.
5. Place coated chicken on baking pan.
6. Bake uncovered for about 30 mins.
