Recipe: Refreshing Iced Latte
- 3 tbsps hot water
- 1 envelope Swiss Miss Milk Chocolate Cocoa Mix
- 1 1/2 tsps instant Espresso
- 1 tbsp sugar (optional)
- 3/4 cup milk
- 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
- ice cubes
- whipped topping
- ground cinnamon
- In measuring cup, stir together hot water, Swiss Miss Cocoa Mix, Espresso, and sugar until dissolved.
- Add milk and vanilla.
- Stir until all ingredients are well blended.
- Fill a tall glass with ice; pour mixture over ice.
- Dollop with whipped topping and a sprinkle of cinnamon.
