Recipe: Rice Casserole

Recipes using McCormick Italian Seasoning

• 1 cup white rice
• 2 tbsps melted butter or margarine
• 1 can beef broth
• 1 can French Onino soup
• 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
• 1 pkg fresh sliced mushrooms

Preheat oven to 350&F. Combine all ingredients in a 1 1/2 quart casserole dish sprayed with Pam. Bake at 350°F for 45 minutes covered. Remove lid or foil and add a package of fresh sliced mushrooms. Stir. Bake 10-1 5 minutes more.
