Recipe: Salmon Spread

Recipes using McCormick Granulated Onion

• 16 oz can salmon
• 8 oz pkg cream cheese
• 1 tbsp lemon juice
• 1/4 tsp granulated onion
• 1 tsp horseradish
• 1/4 tsp salt
• 1/4 tsp liquid smoke

1. Flake salmon, remove skin and bones.
2. Combine salmon with rest of ingredients.
3. Shape into mold.
4. Chill several hours before serving.
