Recipe: Scrambled Eggs with Red Pepper & Onion

Recipes using Mrs Dash Original Salt Free Seasoning Blend

• 4 large eggs
• 1 tbsp Mrs. Dash Original Seasoning Blend
• 1/2 medium red pepper, chopped fine
• 1 small onion, chopped fine
• vegetable oil spray

1. Spray skillet with vegetable spray.
2. Add red pepper and onion and saute over medium heat until tender.
3. Break eggs into medium bowl, whisk well.
4. Add Mrs. Dash to egg mixture.
5. Add eggs to skillet and reduce heat to low.
6. Stir eggs gently until eggs are set, about 3 to 4 minutes.
