Recipe: Seafood Lasagna Old Bay
- 8 lasagna noodles
- 1 8 oz pkg. cream cheese, softened
- 1 1/2 cups Ricotta cheese
- 2 tsp dried basil leaves
- 1 tbsp Old Bay Seasoning
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp ground black pepper
- 2 cans cream of shrimp soup
- 1/3 cup milk
- 1 lb shrimp, cooked, shelled, halved
- 1 lb backfin crabmeat
- 1 lb scallops, blanched
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Cook lasagna noodles according to package directions and drain.
- Arrange 4 noodles in bottom of greased 13x9x2 inch baking dish.
- Blend cream cheese with Ricotta cheese, basil, Old Bay Seasoning, salt and pepper.
- Spread half of seasoned cheese mixture over noodles.
- Combine soup and milk; add shrimp, crab and scallops.
- Spread half seafood over the cheese mixture and repeat layers.
- Place in ovem and Bake, uncovered, for 45 minutes.
