Recipe: Seasoned Mayonnaise
- 3 cups mayonnaise
- 1 cup creamy French dressing
- 2 tsp sea salt
- 1 tbsp anchovy paste
- 1/8 tsp paprika
- 1 cup water 3/4cup vinegar
- 6 egg yolks
- 1 tsp butter
- Mix flour, sugar, salt, pepper, mustard, and paprika in saucepan.
- Blend in gradually water and vinegar .
- Cook over direct heat, stirring constantly until mixture boils and thickens.
- Boil 1 minute. Remove from heat, beat egg yolks and butter until smooth, and add to mixture.
- Mix thoroughly. Keep in refrigerator. Delicious, especially on tomatoes.
