Seven Layer Bean Dip Ingredients

• 1 can refried beans
• 2 ripe avocados with 1 tsp. lemon juice
• 1 cup mayonnaise
• 1 cup sour cream
• 1 tbsp taco seasoning mix
• 3 diced tomatoes
• 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
• 3 diced green onions
• 1 small can chopped olives

To Make Seven Layer Bean Dip

1. Spread can of refried beans in the bottom of a 9" x 13" cake pan.
2. Mash 2 ripe avocados, peeled, in small bowl.
3. Add 1 teaspoon lemon juice; mix well.
4. Spread avocado mixture over beans.
5. Combine mayonnaise, sourcream, and taco seasoning mix in small bowl; mix well. Spread this mixture over avocado mixture.
6. Wash and dice 3 tomatoes. Scatter evenly over mayonnaise/Sour Cream layer.
7. Grate 1 cup Cheddar cheese.
8. Sprinkle over other layers.
9. Dice 3 green onions. Sprinkle over Cheddar cheese.
10. Sprinkle small can chopped olives over onions.
11. Chill Seven Layer Bean Dip and serve with tortilla chips.
