Shoe Peg Corn Dip Ingredients

• 12 ounce can white corn
• 4 ounce package grated Cheddar cheese
• 1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
• 1 tbsp grated onion
• 1 cup light sour cream
• 1/2 cup light mayonnaise
• 1/4 tsp white pepper

To make Shoe Peg Corn Dip

1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl, and mix thoroughly.
2. Cover and refrigerate for at least three hours to allow flavors to blend.
3. Stir well before serving.
