Recipe: Shrimp Crab Pasta Salad
- 3 cup cooked shell pasta
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 1/2 cup green pepper, chopped
- 7 1/2 oz can crab meat, drained
- 7 1/2 oz can shrimp, drained
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- Cherry tomatoes
- 1/2 cup diced celery
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley, finely minced
- 1/8 tsp ground white pepper
- 1/2 cup plain low-fat yogurt
- Cucumber slices
- Combine all ingredients, except tomatoes, and cucumbers.
- Toss and refrigerate overnight, or at least 2 hours to allow flavors to blend.
- Garnish with the tomatoes and cucumber slices
