Snappy Cocktail Meatballs Ingredients

• 3 tbsp brown gravy mix
• 1-1/2 pounds lean ground beef
• 2 tbsp prepared horseradish
• 1 tbsp parsley flakes
• 1 tsp basil leaves
• 1/4 tsp black pepper

Snappy Cocktail Meatballs Ingredients

1. Preheat oven to 375° F.
2. Place ground beef in a large bowl.
3. Combine all seasoning in a measurng cup, and mix together with a fork.
4. Add seasoning mix to ground beef, and mix thoroughly.
5. Cover a cookie sheet with non-stick aluminum foil.
6. Shape beef mixture into 1 inch sized meatballs and place on cookie sheet so that they are not touching to they cook evenly.
7. Bake 10-15 minutes until inside is done.**
8. Serve Snappy Cocktail Meatballs with Honey-Mustard Dressing.

** Because oven temperatures vary, cooking times are approximate. Prevent food borne illness by always cooking meat until no redness is visible when sliced. Use a cooking thermometer, and make sure beef reaches an internal temperature of 160 degrees before serving.
