Sour Cream Salmon Bake Ingredients

• 2 cans salmon
• 2 cans condensed cream of potato soup
• 1 cup sour cream
• 1 small onion, grated
• 1/2 cup coarse soft bread crumbs (1 slice)
• 1 tbsp dried chopped chives

To make Sour Cream Salmon Bake

1. Preheat oven to 375° F.
2. Drain, debone, and flake salmon.
3. Combine with soup, onion, and bread crumbs in a medium size bowl.
4. Toss lightly to mix well.
5. Spoon into a greased 9x9x2 inch baking pan.
6. Spoon sour cream in rows on salmon mix.
7. Sprinkle with dried chopped chives.
8. Bake Sour Cream Salmon Bake in a 375° F oven 25 minutes or intil bubbly hot.
9. Cut Sour Cream Salmon Bake into serving size squares.
10. Lift Sour Cream Salmon Bake out with a pancake turner.
