Recipe: Spaghetti Sauce
- 1 large can tomato sauce
- 1 medium can stewed tomatoes
- 1 can of tomato sauce, can of water
- 1 lb browned meat
- 2 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp spaghetti sauce seasoning
- 1 tsp Italian herb seasoning
- 1 tsp oregano
- 1 tsp sweet basil
- 2 tbsp instant onion
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 bay leaf
- 3 tbsp wine or more, if desired
- Mix all of the ingredients together and place in a crockpot.
- Cook for 4 hours on high.
Makes enough spaghetti sauce to for 1 pound of spaghetti noodles. Serve with Parmesan Cheese.
Will serve 6 to 8 persons.
