Recipe: Spuds and Cream

Recipes using McCormick Granulated Onion

• 4 cups hot mashed potatoes
• 8ozs cream cheese
• 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
• 1 egg
• 1/2 tsp granulated onion
• dash of pepper
• 4 tbsps butter or margarine

1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees
2. Whip all ingredients except Parmesan cheese.
3. Place into buttered glass casserole dish.
4. Top with Parmesan cheese.
5. Bake for 40 mins.
6. Serve hot.
