Recipe: Swedish Meatballs
- 1/4 lb ground ham
- 1 lb lean ground pork
- 1/2 lb lean ground beef
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 tsp fine grind sea salt
- 1/8 tsp pepper
Sauce
- 1 can tomato soup
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 tbsp dry mustard
- 2 tbsps vinegar
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Mix ham, pork and beef with eggs, milk, and cracker crumps.
- Form into medium size meatballs.
- Place meatballs in a casserole dish.
- Combine all sauce ingredients together well.
- Pour sauce over meatballs turning meatballs as necessary to cover completely with sauce.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
