Sweet Sour Chicken

• 2 pounds chicken thighs

• 1/2 cup vinegar
• 1/2 cup sugar
• 3 tablespoons catsup
• 1 tablespoon soy sauce
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 3/4 cup water
• 1/8 tsp garlic powder
• Roasted sesame seeds

1. Salt very lightly and roll the chicken in cornstarch. Fry in oil to brown. Place in an oven safe casserole.
2. Mix the Sweet and Sour Sauce ingredients together well and pour over fried chicken and bake (covered) at 375° for 40 to 45 minutes.
3. Sprinkle roasted sesame seeds over top of the chicken before serving.
