Recipe: Talerine

Recipes using Gourmet Malabar Table Grind Black Pepper

• 8 ounces sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
• 1 pound ground beef
• 1 package egg noodles
• #303 can whole kernel corn, drained
• 2 Small cans tomato sauce
• 4 1/2 ounce can mushrooms, cut up
• 1 medium onion, chopped
• 1/8 tsp ground black pepper
• 1/8 tsp sea salt

1. Fry onion and meat.
2. Cook noodles in salted water. Drain noodles.
3. Mix all ingredients except Cheddar cheese.
4. Place in large casserole (9x13”) and sprinkle Cheddar cheese on top.
5. Bake at 350° F. for 1 hour.
