Recipe: Teriyaki Steak

Recipes using McCormick Ground Ginger

• 1 1/2 tsp ground ginger
• 1/3 cup soy sauce
• 2/3 cup water
• 3 tbsp sugar
• Chuck Steak

Mix ingredients (except steak) thoroughly. Cut chuck steak into thin slices and marinate for approximately 8 hours. (More or less time depending on how strong you like it). Pour off sauce and pan broil. Or brown meat in pan first and then simmer in sauce about 30 minutes. Serve with rice.
