These herbs are harvested at their peak of freshness and carefully blended with fragrant spices for the perfect balance of flavors in this authentic Thai green curry paste. Use Green Curry Paste as a stir-fry seasoning, a soup base or mix with coconut milk to create a delicious Thai curry. Add a teaspoon of Green Curry Paste to your favorite marinades for a bit of spiciness.

Ingredients in Thai Kitchen Green Curry Paste: Green Chili Pepper, Soybean Oil, Garlic, Lemon Grass, Galangal (Thai Ginger), Salt, Shallot, Spices, Kaffir Lime.

Recipe Thai Green Curry Chicken
- 1 3/4 cup Thai Kitchen Premium Coconut Milk
- 1/2 to 1 tsp Thai Kitchen Green Curry Paste*
- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite size chunks
- 1 to 2 tbsp Thai Kitchen Premium Fish Sauce**
- 2 tbsp brown sugar**
- 1/4 cup bamboo shoots
- 1/2 cup frozen peas
- 1/3 cup chicken stock
- Fresh Thai Basil (or cilantro, if unable to find Thai Basil at grocer)
- Simmer coconut milk and curry paste In a large saucepan over medium heat.
- Add chicken, fish sauce brown sugar, bamboo shoots frozen peas and chicken stock.
- Simmer 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until chicken is cooked through.
- Garnish with fresh Thai basil and serve hot along with Jasmine rice.
Recipe makes 2 to 4 servings of Thai Green Curry Chicken.
*Start with small amount of Green Curry Paste, increasing more to desired spice level.
**Add fish sauce and brown sugar to taste.
