Thai Chicken Salad Recipe
4 cooked chicken breast meat, chopped
4 thinly sliced shallots
1/4 sliced green onions
1/2 cup chopped fresh mint leaves
1/2 cup chopped fresh cilantro
1/2 cup chopped lettuce leaves
In a bowl toss together all ingredients. Pour dressing (recipe below) over top of salad and toss.
Dressing Recipe:
Combine 1/2 cup fresh lime juice, 1/4 cup Thai Kitchen Premium Fish Sauce, and 2 to 4 tbsp Thai Kitchen Sweet Red Chili Sauce. Mix Well. | |
