Tofu Pork Hash Casserole

• 1 block tofu, mashed
• 1 pound pork hash
• 1/2 cup celery, chopped
• 1/2 onion, chopped
• 1/8 tsp garlic powder 1/2 cup quick-cooking oatmeal
• 2 eggs
• 2 tablepoons soy sauce
• 1 can cream of mushroom soup
• 1 small carrot, grated
• 1/4 cup sliced water chestnuts
• 1/4 cup chopped green onion

1. Combine all ingredients.
2. Lightly grease a 9x13 pan.
3. Pour pork tofu mixture into pan.
4. Bake at 350° F for 30 to 40 minutes.
