Tomato Cream Cheese Salad Ingredients

• 8 ounce package cream cheese
• 4 tbsp canola oil
• 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
• 1/2 tsp sea salt
• 1/4 tsp white pepper
• 1 tsp chopped garlic
• 1/4 cup pimento stuffed green olives
• 2 tsp jalapeno peppers, chopped
• 1 ping cherry tomatoes, cut in half
• 6 green onions, cut into 6" lengths and then cut lengthwise into thin julienne strips
• Lettuce

To make Tomato Cream Cheese Salad

1. Make a dressing by whisking together the canola oil,red wine vinegar, sea salt, white pepper, and chopped garlic.
2. Stir olives and jalapeno peppers into the dressing.
3. Cut cream cheese into 1/2" squares and place in a mixing bowl.
4. Spoon the dressing over top of the cream cheese.
5. Cover tightly and chill for an hour.
6. Tear lettuce and spread on serving plate or individual plates.
7. Cut cherry tomatoes in half and arrange on lettuce.
8. Sprinkle green onions over tomatoes. Spoon cream cheese over salad and pour dressing over top.
