Ground Cayenne Pepper, 16oz 454g

This is a hot pepper. Use in chili, and jambalaya. Dried chili pods are ground to make cayenne pepper. Use sparingly to season many foods, taste and add more pepper until the desired taste is reached. Cayenne pepper is great with chili, tacos, burgers, roasted vegetables, bean soup and pasta.
