Recipe: Upside Down Cheese Biscuits

Upside Down Cheese Biscuit Ingredients

• 2 tsps dried parsely flakes
• 1 tbsp butter or margarine
• 1 cup shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
• 1 package refrigerated biscuits, 10 count

To make Upside Down Cheese Biscuits

1. Preheat oven to 450° F.
2. Melt butter in 8 inch round or square pan.
3. Stir in parsley and cheese.
4. Cut each biscuit in quarters and arrange pieces in pan.
5. Bake 10-12 minutes or until top is rich brown.
6. Cover with serving plate and invert.
7. Use fork to break off pieces.
