Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Cook broccoli until just tender; drain and place in shallow greased 9X13 inch baking dish.
Melt 1/2 cup butter; blend in flour.
Simmer, stirring for 3 to 4 minutes.
Blend in milk; cool, stirring until thickened.
Pour over broccoli.
Heat water, bouillon cube, and 6 tbsps butter together and pour over stuffing; mix in nuts.
Top broccoli with this mixture and bake for 20 minutes or until thoroughly heated through and stuffing begins to brown.

Servings: 8 to 10
